It’s a free family health day at the Columbus Public Library! Put on your sweats, bring your towels or mat and hit the front lawn as we host Columbus’ largest yoga class!
Join Doctors Joseph Zanga, M.D., FAAP, Chief of Pediatrics, and Albert H. Eaton, Director of Behavior Sciences, The Medical Center, for great seminars on nutrition, fitness, the importance of sleep and rescuing your children from ADDICTIVE behaviors such as texting, playing video games and more.
