Mommy & Me Class @ Columbus State University
Students are introduced to a class structure that is age appropriate, through simple stretching excersices , rhythm, self awareness, imagination, and social skills. Class also includes a movement story that encourages young children to explore, experiment, and create. Added benefits for moms are increased flexibility, balance, and dance appreciation. Parent attends class with their child.
