Fall H0otenanny at St Peter UMC

10 am ~ Free family event. Bounce houses, games, prizes, music and more. GAChips will be on hand to provide free fingerprinting of children.

Fall Festival at Country Home Furnishing in Cataula

8am-6pm ~ We will be featuring a variety of outside vendors, local baked goods and jellies, food, demonstrations, and great sales by all vendors in both shops.

3rd Annual Seafood Festival at The Market

Noon-10pm ~ The Market in Uptown Columbus is hosting the 3rd Annual Seafood Festival Celebration. Enjoy festivities such as a kids’ zone, live music, and SEC football. This year there will be food trucks serving up delectable seafood option.

Columbus Museum Fall Festival
11am-3pm ~ The Family Fall Festival is a FREE program that will have a wide range of activities for the entire family. Drop in and make fall-themed art activities, play carnival games and win prizes, participate in a Halloween costume contest and much more!

Harvest Days at Historic Westville
10-5 p.m. ~ Come and enjoy an 1850 autumn celebration. Activities include cotton gin operating, sugar cane syrup being made, candle making, soap making, hay stacking, corn shelling, games from the past and plenty of country cooking.

Fall Family Fun Days at the Rock Ranch

10am ~ Visit with your favorite Veggie Tales characters like, Bob the tomato and Larry the cucumber. The entire family will enjoy fun outdoor attractions,  live music, and learning about keeping our planet healthy. Sign up to participate in the Veggie 500 Race too!

Fall Harvest Days at Historic Westville

10am-5pm ~ Travel back in time over 160 years to enjoy the cooler weather of Autumn! You can help with harvest chores, play games and enjoy good old fashioned country cooking while we gin cotton, cook sugar cane syrup and make candles and soap!

6-10pm ~ Hosted by Monkey Joes and SweetFrog Columbus. Games and prizes. Free screening of Monsters Inc. Costume contest and more.

Westminster Christian School’s Annual County Fair

4-7pm ~ Join the fun! Kids will enjoy the inflatables, horse rides, games and prizes while the adults enjoy music, raffles, silent auction, bake sale and concessions.

Oktoberfest at Fort Benning
Come out for authentic German food and imported German beer, German music and entertainment, children’s activities, dog competitions, traditional German sports & games and more! Admission is free and open to the public.

Pierce Chapel Market Day

9am-3pm ~ Shop from a variety of vendors selling jewelry, candles, decorative items, gifts items, baskets, bows, home decor, and much more while inside an air-conditioned space! A gold-buying vendor will also be on-site so bring your unwanted, broken, gold jewelry and get a fabulous check right on the spot . . . and then spend it on all of our vendors!

Arts on the River

11am-5pm ~ Look for that perfect something at the 17th Annual Arts on the River. This cultural arts festival will feature works from local artists, demonstrations, entertainment and food.

Fall Festival at Waverly Hall Pumpkin Patch

10am-7pm ~ Come on over to the pumpkin patch Fall Festival Day to enjoy hay rides, games, pumpkin painting, an art contest, pumpkin pie contest, storytelling, live entertainment, hot dogs, AND a bake sale!

Fall Family Fun Days at the Rock Ranch

10am ~ Visit the Rock Ranch’s Hot Air Balloon Rally. This event will feature up to 20 beautiful hot air balloons that will participate in competition flights.

Ossahatchee Indian Festival & Pow Wow

10am ~ Taste authentic American Indian food and visit vendors that will have American Indian arts and crafts, pottery, leather goods, and so much more for sale! Basket weaving and primitive weapons construction will be demonstrated by some of the most highly skilled artisans in North America. Don’t miss this family event which will feature American Indian dances and stories that have been passed down through the ages!

Chic-fil-A”s 4th Annual Fall Festival (Phenix City location)

5pm ~ Come join the fun at Chick-fil-A’s 4th Annual Fall Festival. Kids will enjoy hayrides, music, face painting, games, and so much more! The Home Depot will be hosting a Kids Workshop and MY GYM will be on site with their Wacky Hair Booth! Kids, wear your Halloween costumes and get a jump start on some Halloween fun!

St Luke UMC Harvest Party

5:30pm ~ The leaves are changing and the brisk weather means fall is here and it’s time to celebrate it at St. Luke’s Harvest Festival! Your little ghosts and goblins will enjoy inflatables, carnival rides, activity booths, and a trick-or-trunk. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Blanchard Elementary School PTA Fall Festival

5-8pm - open to the public so bring out the kiddos for games, pumpkin painting, a sweet walk, a fortune teller, silent auction, the Ice Cream Girls and much more. Come in costume if you’d like!

UPtown Spooktacular Halloween Festival

10am-1pm ~ Dress your pet in their Halloween best and enter them in the costume contest.

Fall Family Fun Days at the Rock Ranch

10am ~ The Rock Ranch’s “Not So Spooky” Halloween Fest features wholesome Halloween fun for everyone in the family . . . including the four-legged members! Kids will enjoy our “Weird Science” lab with cool Halloween experiments, pumpkin carving and painting, a costume parade and a costume contest. Even your pets can join in the fun by dressing up and entering into their very own costume competition!

Fall Block Party at Cornerstone Church

3:30pm ~ Come enjoy a Fall Block Party at Cornerstone Church. Games, prizes, an obstacle course, food and more! Come dressed up, and bring your already carved pumpkins to display for our costume and pumpkin carving contests! Dads, don’t worry because we’ll be showing the Georgia/Florida game for all you football fans!

Harvest Festival at Veteran’s Parkway Baptist Church

5pm ~ celebrate the season with  Veteran’s Parkway Baptist Church at our annual Harvest Festival!  Join us for games, crafts, recreation, fellowship, food, fun and CANDY, CANDY, CANDY!!

Harvest Festival at Christ Community Church

10am-1pm ~ Kids will enjoy games, prizes, face painting, a live puppet show, a jumpy castle and much more! Parents and kids are encouraged to come dressed in your creative (non-scary) costumes.

Silver Run Baptist Church Fall Festival

5-7pm ~ Games. food, inflatables, music and much more. This festival is geared toward children up to age 12 but all are welcome! Best of all – it’s FREE!

Pick-A-Treat @ North Columbus Public Library

10am-5pm ~ “Pick-A-Treat” before you Trick-Or-Treat at the North Columbus Public Library. Make a treat bag and then get an early start on filling it when you pick a treat from the library treat pot.

  • Fort Benning – 6 to 8pm
  • Harris County – No regulated hours

Halloween Party at Waverly Hall Pumpkin Patch

5pm ~ Party like an animal, or a princess, or whatever you’ve decided to be for Halloween! Join us for a trunk-or-treat, hot dogs and lots of contests for best costume, pumpkin, and scarecrow. Get ready to have a howling good time this Halloween!

Trick-or-Treating Around the Library

4-6pm ~ Put on your costume and get ready to have some fun! Enjoy a safe place to trick-or-treat and a spooky story time at the Columbus Public Library. Spooky story time at 4:30pm.

Hallo”Wii”n and Dia de los Muertos at South Columbus Library

4:30-7:30pm ~ Calling all monsters! Join us for Halloween tricks and treats as we play the Wii and celebrate Dia de los Muertos. Dress as your favorite ghoul or goblin (restrictions apply, see library for details) for a chance to win a wicked prize

Edgewood UMC’s Fall Festival

6:30pm ~ Edgewood United Methodist Church invites you to their Fall Festival. Kids will enjoy games, a haunted forest, a trunk-or-treat and more!

Spirit Filled Ministries Hallelujah Night

5:30-8:30pm ~ Please join Spirit Filled Ministries for a safe alternative for Trick or Treating. There will be plenty of games, candy, food, and of course FUN for the kids!

Monster Mash Dance Party at Peachtree Mall

5-8pm ~ Children ages two to 12 are invited to join the fun with Halloween activities, games, music and a children’s costume contest with prizes.

Ark-in-the-Park

5:30-8:30pm ~ Once again Britt David Baptist Church is hosting their popular Halloween alternative — Ark-in-the Park — at Britt David Park near Home Depot on Airport Thruway. The evening includes rides, games, prizes, candy, food and more from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. All activities are free.

Trick-or-Trunk

6:30pm ~ Why go door to door when you can go from trunk to trunk? North Highland’s famous Trunk or Treat event starts at 6:30 p.m. Come enjoy candy, pony rides, inflatables, entertainment, carnival games, food and a trunk-or-treat.  Admission: $1. Food will be available to purchase.  706-561-7777.

Fall Festival

4-8 p.m. ~ Kids can enjoy candy, food, games, prizes, face painting and lots of fun at Tabernacle of Praise Church in Columbus. 706-992-6633

Hallelujah Night
6:30-8:30pm ~ Enjoy a teen hot wing contest, inflatables, face painting, hay rides, games, prizes and much more from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at New Birth Outreach Church. 706-568-6180.

Light the Night Trunk-R-Treat

6:30-8:30pm ~ Bethesda Baptist Church in Ellerslie will host it’s Light the Night Trick-R-Trunk. Come enjoy bible-based games, candy, food, door prizes and fellowship. Come join us for this fun family event.

2nd Annual Haunted yard
7-10pm ~ For a spooky good time, visit Columbus’s largest haunted yard located at 4021 Savannah Drive. Attractions include a maze of illusions, flying ghost, a scene from the movie Hostel, Toxic zone, zombies, snakes, life-size Jason, a floating grim reaper, 16-foot moving spider, hanging cages, eerie lights and sounds, fog, chain saw massacre, clowns, and much. 7 to 10 p.m. Donations welcome. 706-617-4262

Horror movie: “Night of the Living Dead”
7:30pm ~ The Springer Opera House will host a special screening of the Horror film favorite, “Night of the Living Dead at 7:30 p.m. “The Springer is developing a riff track, an audio commentary that viewers can listen to on iPod or other MP3 player . The Saloon will open just in time for feeding at 6:30 pm. Tickets are $10.

Faith Middle School Holiday Bazaar

8am-5pm ~ Come out to the first ever Faith Bazaar sponsored by the National Junior Honor Society and the Drama Club! Members of the NJHS will be selling concessions and wrapping gifts.  They will also have an awesome photo booth!

Let’s Move Phenix City! Childhood Obesity Awareness & Family Fun Day

11am-3pm ~ Fun activities for all ages.

Pumpkin Destruction Day at The Rock Ranch

10am ~ Bring your leftover pumpkin or use a leftover pumpkin from The Rock Ranch pumpkin patch and enjoy unique country fun as you “recycle” them with activities that include pumpkin bombing airplanes, professional Monster Trucks, the lift crane pumpkin drop, the hammer smash, the pumpkin cannon and more.

Harvest in the Meadows at Oxbow

4-8pm ~ Games for children and adults of ALL AGES, live music, reptile shows, face painting, a caramel apple bar, delicious foods, a bouncy house, and MUCH MORE.

Harvest Faith Community’s Harvest Festival
