Challenger Little League

Challenger Little League

Little League baseball season is about to begin!

But just because a child had a mental or physical challenge, doesn’t mean they can’t play too. Sign them up for Challenger Little League.

Challenger Little League gives children and young adults (ages 5-18) with mental and physical challenges the opportunity to enjoy the full benefits of Little League Baseball.

Teams are set up according to abilities, rather than age, and can include as many as 15-20 players. Every player gets a chance at bat. Also, each child is assigned a “buddy” who assists them on the field as needed.

Registration: Feb 27 and Mar 6, 2010

Location: Psalmon Road Recreation Center, Psalmond Road, Columbus
Cost: $10 (includes uniform, pictures and a trophy)

Baseball season runs April through May each year.
