Egg Hunts
Spring Eggstravaganza at Riverside (Home of the Commanding General)
March 20, 2010, 10 AM to Noon
Egg hunt times:
10:05 a.m. ~ 18 months to 3 years old
10:45 a.m. ~ 4 and 5 year olds
11:30 a.m. ~ 6 to 8 year olds
12:15 p.m. ~ 9 to 11 year olds
There will be crafts, body art, games, inflatables, candy, stilt walkers, face painters and the opportunity to visit with the Easter Bunny. This event is FREE and open to the public! For more information call 706-545-3582.
The House of God’s (THOG’s) Easter Egg Hunt

Operation Community Easter Egg Hunt

Bring your kids (ages 12 and under) and their baskets to the Harris Co. Soccer Complex for this community-wide Easter Egg Hunt! Enjoy music, dancing, games, moonwalks, and cake walk! Plus, free hot dogs, chips & lemonade for the kids. The Soccer Complex is located on Highway 116, one mile east of Hamilton.
Sayers Library Easter Egg Roll
April 2, 2010 @ 6:30 p.m.
All ages are welcome to this fun event at the Sayers Memorial Library. We’ll have games, spoon races, an egg roll. Plus, the children will have a chance to hunt for Easter eggs. FREE.
Callaway Garden’s Easter Eggstravaganza
April 3, 2010 from 2-5 p.m.
Grab your basket and come by Robin Lake Beach for a mega-hunt of candy and prize eggs. Hunts are held by age groups, and the Easter Bunny will visit from noon to 5:00 p.m. for boys and girls to have their Easter photo taken. Bring your own basket or buy one once you arrive. Egg hunts are free with admission to Callaway Gardens.

Easter Egg Hunt at Florence Marina State Park
April 3, 2010 from 1-2 p.m.
Children can bring their baskets and hunt for eggs hidden by the Easter Bunny. Special hunts will be held for ages 3-5, 6-8, and 9-10. The hunt is free, but there is a $5 parking pass. The park is located in Omaha, GA on Highway 39, just about 40 minutes south of Columbus.

Easter Sunrise Service at Callaway Gardens
April 4, 2010 @ 7:30 a.m.
Begin this day with a meaningful non-denominational sunrise service alongside the lawn at the Gardens Restaurant. This year’s service will be led by Mark Outlaw, senior minister of the First United Methodist Church of Pine Mountain, and will feature an inspirational choir. The natural beauty of Callaway Gardens during the early morning hours serves as a fitting backdrop to this memorable event. Admission is free prior to 8:00 a.m. Guests should enter through the beach gate on U. S. Hwy. 27.
