It’s a flurry of fun at 4th Annual winterfest2009— A Visual & Performing Arts Festival. The Grand Lobby of the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts will be filled with artists’ booths. You’ll find pottery, jewelry, glass, works of art, photography and more!

Bring your family to Historic Idle Hour Park, the Art Center and Moon Lake for two days of Art, Music, Family fun, Classic Car show, and even a HOT AIR BALLOON-wind & weather permitting!
Visit the ART CENTER gallery and enjoy the works of talented local artists displaying various mediums of art. We’ll even have some visiting artists from Atlanta nad Panama City Beach.
For Kids- There will be a Spin Art Booth by Cindy Hardin & The Friday Night Out Kids. Also, children’s book author, Beverly Hill, will be signing her book: Tale of Two Cats.
