Kid’s Fit 4 Real Grand Opening

Physical exercise classes for kids ages 5-13.

We are a family owned business with the heart and passion that will take your child from being “at risk” to being “Fit 4 Real!” With the obesity rate steady on the rise in our country as well as in our city, kid’s need a place to go that will cater to their specific needs. Kid’s Fit 4 Real is that place!

Our goal is to raise self-esteem, build confidence and educate kids on the importance of living a healthy life. Our mission is Building healthy bodies…..One Child at a Time!

Open registration begins January 18.

Adult Self Defense Seminar @ 11:30 AM
Open to teens and adults
Learn effective self defense techniques in this 100% participation seminar.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Seminar @ 11:30 AM
Open to teens and adults
Learn some of the basics in the grappling and ground fighting seminar.

All Seminars are FREE and open to the public.

Who says kids are the only ones who can play? If you haven’t played kickball since the 4th grade or if you are a seasoned veteran, the GOkickball league is for you.

Registration Deadline: Friday, Sept 4, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.

GOkickball is centered around having a good time, meeting new people and playing recreational games of kickball at a local park. Beginners, experts and everyone in-between are more than welcome to join – You must be at least 21 years of age to play.

Fall 2009 Season Information:

Parks: 29th Street Park, Columbus

Leagues Available:

Monday: 29th Street Park, 6:15-8:15 p.m.
Thursday: 29th Street Park, 6:15-8:15 p.m.

Fee: $49/player (includes all costs + team t-shirts you keep)
