Family Theatre is holding auditions for its upcoming production of Pilgrim’s Progress.
Monday, Aug 2, 2010 at 6 p.m.
Auditions will be conducted at the theater – 2100 Hamilton Road – Rose Hill Baptist Church in Columbus. Children ages 5-16 are needed to try out.
The play will performed Friday and Saturday, Sept 17-Oct. 2 at 7:30 PM.
Jason Cardwell is directing and his wife Leslie is his stage manager. Jason has directed The Hobbit, Magician’s Nephew, Jungle Book, Rahab, The Family Redeemer, and The Runaway Preacher.

Girls Inc.’s 2010 summer theater production is “Oz“
Time: 7 p.m.
Date: Tuesday-Thursday, July 20-22
Where: Girls Inc., 3535 Levy Road, behind Baker High School off Victory Drive.
These girls have worked hard to present an all-girl musical production of the 1929 movie, “The Wizard of Oz.” Come and enjoy your favorite tunes from the movie or introduce the musical to someone you’d love to share it with. “Over the Rainbow,” “Follow the Yellow Brick Road,” “If I Only Had a Brain,” “Ding Dong the Witch is Dead” will all be featured.
Admission: Tickets are $3

When Madeline, the most impish of the twelve, and her friend Pepito get lost during a visit to the carnival and end up caried away by gypsies, their rousing adventures with a traveling circus begin! But poor Miss Clavel won’t rest until she has brought them safely home. this new musical bursts with daring circus acts, songs and sweet silliness.
