Actually David, Bonefish Grill does no national advertising. Have you ever seen a Bonefish commercial on TV, heard a Bonefish ad on the radio or seen anything in print? Their ‘advertising’ is based on community involvement and philanthropy….and best of all, word-of-mouth from those who receive and enjoy the excellent service. Yes, they are considered a ‘chain’, but each one is owned and managed by an individual who lives in the community and whose passion for hospitality meets the highest criteria. As a manager (and huge supporter) of independently owned restaurants, Bonefish is as close as you can get in a ‘chain’. And from a foodie, the more options we have, the better!

i like your approach and its cool you’ll have given this a great bit of though! but honestly do these national chains require anymore attention than they already get? even your pictures were from bone-fish grill website! you have a wonderful source here to bring to light the amazing array of local restaurants in Columbus, that most people don’t even know about. and don’t have the money to advertize like BONE-FISH! your success has been in this community and it would be great if you did something to promote it! that where your income is coming from? RIGHT? bone-fish probably gave you the gift card but that’s about it, they really don’t care what you think! they have a PR Machine several times bigger than M.M!
