Directory Submission Form


If you own a local business or are a non-profit organization in Georgia or Alabama, you are welcome to list your organization on our Business Directory. Listings run for 12 months.

Inclusion Requirements

  • Only local businesses or non-profit 501(c)(3) agencies are accepted.
  • Only ONE independent agent per home-based business may list with us at any given time.
  • We DO NOT accept businesses or websites which include content pertaining to violence, gambling, drugs, alcohol, pornography, or any other discriminating or inappropriate materials.

Annual Listing Fee ~ $60

~ Receive a listing in all applicable categories.
~ Includes business name, address, phone number
~ Includes 60-word description
~ Includes a link back to your website or Facebook page
~ Additional businesses are $35 each

Payment Information

We will send an invoice via PayPal. Payment is due within 15 days.

If you prefer to pay by check, just let us know. Checks should be made payable to MUSCOGEE MOMS LLC and mailed to the following address: P.O. Box 5067, Columbus, GA 31906-5067

Your listing will be activated within 48 business hours after your payment has been received.

Current Directory Members can promote their businesses, websites and Facebook pages on the MuscogeeMoms Facebook page  — up to twice a week!

  • Phone number for public use. Please include your area code
  • Email Address for public use
  • 60-words or less.

  • Step 2: PRIVATE CONTACT INFORMATION

  • If different from business phone
  • If different from business email. This is the email address we will use to contact you for billing purposes.

  • Step 3: CATEGORIES

  • Step 4: BRANDING & IMAGES

  • JPG, PDF or PNG format (150 dpi)
