Don’t miss this opportunity for Parents, Educators, and Students in 6th through 12th grades, with a disability or on a 504 plan, to get helpful information about services and opportunities to prepare students and their families as they plan for life after high school.
The goal of the Transition Fair is to assist students with disabilities and their families, in obtaining information and planning for a successful life after high school. The Transition Fair will offer attendees the opportunity to meet private and public agencies and businesses that provide immediate and transitional support services or post-secondary options for further education/training or employment. The targeted audience will be middle and high school students with varying disabilities.
The Transition Fair will be located at Columbus State University in the Student Recreation Center. We will also have guest speaker Aimee Copeland to join us for this event.
