  1. Cook ground beef on top of stove.
  2. While the beef is cooking, open the cans of corn, kidney beans adn black beans.
  3. Pour entire contents of the cans into your crockpot. Do not drain off the liquid.
  4. Add the picante sauce to the crockpot mixture.
  5. Once the meat is cooked, drain the fat from the beef.
  6. Add the beef to the soup mixture. Stir.
  7. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Recipe Notes

This soup tastes delicious with grated cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream served on top. We enjoy eating it with tortilla chips. The recipe can easily be doubled to feed a larger crowd.
